That's book 5 down in the AWWC! Halfway there. (Well, slightly more than halfway, as I've reviewed three and only need to review a minimum of four.)I found this better than the first instalment - three and a half stars, really, and I suspect that if you're more the intended audience you might rate it higher. After some patches near the beginning that I found were a little clichéd/under-written, the central action of the book rolled along well. I really liked the imagery of city built on a forgotten bridge - and at the end I'm still left wondering whether the book is paranormal fantasy or science fiction!
